Summer Kids Program
Who can participate? Participation in our kids program is open to kids ages 6 to 18 interested in learning how to shoot as well as advancing current shooting skills. Kids under 18 must be able to handle and shoot in a safe manner and be accompanied by an adult.
Drop-off Program? Unfortunately no. Due to the nature of what we are doing as well as not being permitted/licensed to have kids under the age of 18 unaccompanied by a parent/guardian, we cannot allow a drop-off scenario.
When / Schedule? Starting with the first Saturday of June we will be running an 8 week program that meets at 9:45am every Saturday.
Registration - Pre-registration is desired with final registration being the first day of the program.
Cost?
-- New and Intermediate shooters $100
-- Advanced shooters $125
What kind of guns and calibers are used? For the New and Intermediate shooters we use 22LR pistols and rifles combined of kids model single-shot and semi-auto rifles. The Advanced shooters will start with 22LR pistols and rifles and progress to larger calibers.
Can I use my own gun? For the Kids Program, we prefer to use our guns (included in the fees) so that our instructors can focus on a limited number of platforms.
Where do we get ammunition? We will provide ammunition as part of the program.
